plant to plant stock transfer

We are having stock transfer one plant to another plant we are having the transfer cost Ex

A plant to B plant.

My client want transfer cost is below like

Sending plant  Dr 100

Transfer cost Dr 20

    To Receiving Plant 100-

    To Transfer cost   20-

Whether it is possible ?
