We have integrated Solution Manager 7.1 (SP10) with HP ALM 11.52 (Patch1).
Defect synchronization is done and defect data is passing correctly between both the Applications.
The only issue is, the defect status changed in Solution Manager is not reflecting appropriately in HP ALM.
For Example: When the status of a defect is changed as "PROPOSED SOLUTION" in Solution Manager and sent to ALM, the status of the defect is still showing as "NEW" in ALM which should show as "FIXED".
We are using custom transaction type "ZLFN" in Solution Manager. One strange thing is, the table "ICT_CUSTOM" was not populated automatically. Hence, we manually included few status mapping entries.
Please provide any suggestions to resolve the issue.
