My user created folder moves when bp form resized

Hello, all.

I took the UI SDK example program for VB.Net no 11, "11. System Form Manipulation" and modified it to work with the Business Partner Master form.

I wasn't quite sure what pane # to choose for the folder, so I selected pane 12.

I tried grouping the folder as follows......

...but I have tried grouping it with other folders on the form, it doesn't matter.

When I resize the BP form, the folder moves in the order. It does not do this in the example based on the Sales Order form.

Can anyone offer a way to find the problem and fix it?
