Hi,
Can we make changes to a SAP standard template to meet business requirements? I believe we can make changes to the rules, agent assignment, tasks that is in the workflow and it will impact any workflow that is using these.
However, I would like to check with the group if it is okay to add a new step inside the standard workflow template - for eg: send email.
