Please find below the details of issue related to special character on CRM Web_UI.
For one of the requirement we have created new field on Web_UI workflow screen and passing URL link into that which redirect to 3rd part server page.
Initially it was working fine but recently after patch upgrade on CRM 7.0 version from SP09 to SP14 level we found that whenever an character "&" is there in URL system started behaving differently. complete view is not displaying.
No. of consultant has suggested that this is profile parameter issue, and need to maintain RZ11..
We have successfully executed report RSPINST
Kindly suggest its very urgent for us
