Is Http connection required if iam working in the same system.

Hi everyone,

While setting up my system in spro , there is a column called http connection. In my scnerio I have a single system which is SAP SAP ECC 6.0 kernel relase 721.

I have installed SAP Screen personas and i have configured as per the config guide. And i have also installed all relevant notes. But while running personas in browser , it shows NO SYSTEM AVAILABLE FOR USER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR IT TEAM

Should i have to create a RFC Destination of current system and specify in http connection in maintain system Or is it not needed ?
