Hi,
I am new to Talent Management and currently we are implementing it on EHP7. I have gone through few links in SCN regarding the Importance and use of BP object. We are not using any separate system to implement E recruiting or Talent Management,so in such case is there any use/importance of BP to be activated.
what is the significance of creating the relationship between CP and BP.And is it required only in E recruiting scenario?
Please guide me on this.
