Payroll days on Public holiday

Hi All,

I would like to know where to make the setting if I want that-  if a leave type is entered on public holiday then "Payroll hours" field of  IT2001 should get populated like for other days it is populating to 8 Hours. Please find the counting rules I configured but still the "payroll hours" are coming 0 in IT2001.
