We are using HCM DTT
One of our forms uses the Previous and New Comments fields.
This is configured in development and working.
However after transport, it doesn't work in the Quality system or the Production system.
It seems that everything else about the form is working.
Here is what happens in more detail.
- User fills up form with new comments.
- Approver (task: TS17900101 with stage APPROVE) can see the initiator's comments in the previous comments block.
- Approver enters his own comments for rejection and rejects the request.
- The request goes back to the initiator (task: TS17900102 with stage PROCESS)
Initiator does NOT see the Approver's comments in the previous comments block.
If I edit the request, add more comments as initiator, then Check and Send to approver.... the new comments are not there either.
Only the original comments from the initiation are there in the previous comments box.
That is exactly where the issue is - the approver comments are not being appended in the previous comments block.
Again -it works in the development system just fine, so I am not sure to make changes to setup.
My fear is that a configuration or something has been left out of the transport somehow.
I need to determine a list of the things to check to ensure proper setup in Quality system.
Notes:
- The Previous and New Comments fields are not (not required) defined in the Form Scenario field list in DT.
- The binding in the form seems correct: $record.HRASR_CURRENT_NOTE.DATA[*].FIELD etc.
- The fields are included in the Interface and Context with Type QISR_TAB_TYPE_STRING
- The FormReady script within New Comments came over to the Quality system ok. (screenshot)
