CCMS agent is not starting

Dear Expert,

After kernel upgrade for satellite system from 720 _ext to 721_ext ,I am not able to start my CCMS agent (after few second it automatically getting down)and in log file i am getting below error.

ERROR: Starting standalone CCMS agent sapccm4x as (Win service SAPCCM4X.00) encountered troubles:

       Found a lock file of another "integrated sapccm4x" agent, pid 2540, in my working directory.

       According to the pid 2540, you can check which process blocks the start.

       There is integrated CCMS agent with the same profile already active!

       The agents cannot run in parallel, keep only one CCMS agent running:

       Either deregister the standalone agent or disable the integrated agent

       by profile parameter 'ccms/enable_agent = 0'

       followed by restar of the corresponding sapstartsrv process.
