DTW Distribution Rule

Hi experts,

Does anyone experience this error message: "Cannot remove a distribution rule used in transactions 65171". I am not trying to delete any distribution rule but would just like to add a new one by having new set of allocation and valid date from and to?

Any help will be appreciated.
