Why does the chart legend size can't be changed?

Hi,guys

I met a strange problem: I'm sure i have changed the size of legend marks, but they seem not be changed.

Every time I reopen the "chart options" , the size is reset to  "35",

I change it to "5" or "100", nothing changed in chart.

In cr32.exe, the same problem.
