Notification pop up creation

Hi Experts,

I have developed a custom program through which I'll create incidents and will assign it to an SAP user. The entries will be saved in a custom table.

Now when the user(for whom the incident is assigned) logs into the SAP system, a notification pop up needs to been shown that "Incident XXXXX is assigned to you".

Please guide me on how to create a notification pop up when the user logs into the SAP system.
