I've faced with a problem - when I delete PSA in InfoSource, I get error "Deletion of request (ID of Request) cancelled due to internal error". And I can't delete this PSA. Moreover - I can't use process Delete PSA Request in my chain with this InfoSource.
I've found only one note - 1738985 - SYB: Deletion of Request & cancelled due to internal error. But this note is a part of 5th package and we've already installed 6th package level.
Any ideas?
