Internal Recipient sometimes not updating in SOIN

Hi All,

In an offline workflow adobe form scenario,some times the mail reaching with attachments in Tcode  SOIN is not updating with Internal Recipient first time.

So the mail is pushing by itself multiple times in SOIN until the Internal Recipient is updated correctly.

Please Suggest what will be root cause of this.
