We are planning to run SAP in our company. I'm asked to set KPI for user experience in term of response time. What is best refresh time for a user who connects to a server using a satellite connection ? We need to test response time while changing between SAP screens what is the average if everything (bandwidth, memorie, etc.) are properly setup ?
