how to add top-level bookmarks

To start, we are currently still using Crystal Reports 8.5.

If needed, we can upgrade to version 11.

We currently export a report to PDF and it starts a new page for each new group.

Is there a way to have Crystal Reports export multiple PDFs, one for each grouping?

Or another approach I've heard about is that PDFs can be altered to split pages on each top-level bookmark.

So, I could export the PDF from Crystal, open it in Adobe Acrobat (the full-blown editing version), and then split the pages out by top-level bookmarks.

But I do not know how to add top-level bookmarks into the Crystal Report.

Does anyone know how to do this?
