Like search in lookup windows

Hi,

From any document where we have to enter a BP code, in the lookup window, I want to have the option to do a LIKE search on Business Partner Name.

That is, whatever I type in the Find box, should match all records where the word appears in any part of the name, not just the beginning.

Example, if I type the word "Technologies" all the BP records where "Technologies" appears in any part of the name should show. I know I can do this using Filter in the lookup window, but that requires an extra step. I want this to be the default behaviour for the Find TextBox.
