We are facing a serious issue while using the new feature "Personalization" in Design Studio 1.3 after migration of an Application from 1.2 to 1.3.
Scenario:
We have created a Dashboard using Design Studio 1.2 version. Then we have moved the same thing to BI Platform where the version for Design Studio is 1.3. This os OK as we don't need Personalization earlier.
Now we need Personalization to be implemented in the same Application, so we upgraded our client tool to 1.3 version and then downloaded the application from server, applied Personalization scripting and then re-uploaded the same to Platform. Whenever we try to run the application locally the Personalization is working. When we try to run the same thing in server Personalization is not working.
We tried to create a new appllication in 1.3 and uploaded it to server, there Personalization is working both locally and in server.
We were using a Plugin (an SDK development - installed in the server when it was 1.2 version) . When we try to use that component in a newly devloped application in 1.3, Personalization is not working, when it is removed Personlaization is working.
We tried the same with the main Application where we face issue, but in that if we add or remove Personalization is not working.
Experts, Please help us in solving this issue.
