F1 help error 'HTTP_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE'

Hi Experts,

I have requirement of showing the F1 help for Webdynpro screen fields.

When I press the F1 on one input field I'm getting the below error .

Please help me in resolving this error to achieve the F1 help.
