MO print issue

Dear All,

I got a strange issue related to MO printing. The user prints with individual shop papers (please see screen shot). In this way when he click 'Print/Fax' button then system does not print. But when he goes to print preview->click print/fax->then come to this screen and again press print/fax then system gives a print. Earlier he was able to print without going to print preview but now he is not. Kindly suggest what is wrong here.

Note: This issue is happening only with a single user. ( I have checked default printer,user profile for default printer etc. but no success in it.)
