Beginning and Ending balance for the accounts month wise with script logic

Hi,

      We like to achieve the beginning and ending balance for the accounts on monthly  with the adjustments as shown in below screen ,Please advice here is this possible to achieve this with script logic. as I can see the *REC() is going to override the existing values .
