How to Change Navigation Attribute Technical Name to a Text Name

Guys,

I have a report in Webi that is displaying the Navigation Attribute Technical name, E.g: (0EMPLOYEE_JOB).  Same thing in Bex - Query Designer because we connect through Bex.  How do I change the technical name to a text in Query Desiner which is where am asuming I need to change the object.  The only place I could think of is the properties of the objetc by going though Display => Value Display => Display As........this shows "Keys and Text".  The other values I can choose from is "Key" and "No Display" but there is no text in the list.  Any clue?
