Upgrading CR from version 9 to 13 in a classic ASP application

Hello,

we are studying a system and software upgrade:

- windows 2000 server to windows 2008 64 bit server;

- Crystal Report 9 to Crystal Report 13.

Currently CR is used in a classic asp application, that uses an ActiveX called by a a CreateObject instruction.

Question: can we continue using a CreateObject instruction using CR version 13 instead version 9, without any code change, or a very limited number of changes (i.e. changing only CreateObject signature, if necessary)?

If yes, where we can find the activeX cab file installation, to be automatically downloaded and installed in client machines first time that a report is launched, as performed by current version 9?
