Error: Invalid value [Goods Receipt PO - Tax Extension - State][line: 0] [Message 439-173] on GRPO

Hi All

I am getting an error when trying to do a GRPO.

Error: Invalid value [Goods Receipt PO - Tax Extension - State][line: 0]  [Message 439-173]

I read previous threads that said it is because of the tick: user warehouse address, and the BP address will then need a state in the address.

not all the BP had state in the addresses so I removed them from the addresses and removed the states from the state setup file

The issue still persists happens on all supplier and all GRPO's

any other ideas on how to resolve it?
