Unable to print from B1

Hi,

This happens very randomly and seems to correct itself. Some B1 users are not able to print from SAP.

What has changed on our network? I know you will ask. We are now using B1 through a Citrix Server.

The error is "Internal Error (-101) occurred [Message 131-183]

The version of SAP has not changed! Still -- B1 2007 A (8.00.181) SP:00 PL:49

I have attached a screen shot of the error. Besides this error a box will pop-up saying that no printer is available or that the user must install a printer.
