SES release strategy

Hi

I have made one release strategy for service entry sheet with characteristics as document type-YNX1 and total net order value>> 1000000 IDR.

I have created one PO with document type YNX1 ,net price as 100,000 IDR and quantity as 1 unit..Though PO value is less than limit set for SES still I can see same release strategy in GOTO-->entry sheet--> release strategy.

Their is no other value in conditions.What could be the reason that for this SES also release procedure got applied.
