Condition Exclusion for Condition with zero value

Dear Experts,

We have two conditions ZFR1 & ZFR2. ZFR2 is pulled from GTS, but in certain cases ZFR2 is not correct and is not required. Hence a new condition ZFR1 is created to have ZFR2 excluded by ZFR1.

In certain cases we want zero value, hence we maintained ZFR1 = 0, but since ZFR2 has some value. it picks that and ignore ZFR1's presence to ignore ZFR2.

Is there any way by which ZFR2 is ignored evenif ZFR1 has zero value.
