Point to Point connection ERP to BYD

Hi Expert,

I am newbie in SAP I just want to ask for your help.

I am trying to integrate SAP ERP to SAP Business byDesign, upon creation of communication arrangement. I got the error message below

Error accessing service; Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR") ()

I am using User ID and Password authentication method, so I don't know if still need a certificate.

if yes, how should I know what certificate needed and how can this be done.
