Hi Experts,
I have tried to implement a loyalty management integrated with sales order. I configured according to this document. SAP CRM - Item Category, Transaction type, Item category determination
When I log in LOY_PRO role, I can add points for products. When I log in IC_LOY_AGENT, I can find loyalty information about membership and loyalty program. However, When I choose Sales Order, there aren't fields for membership, points, etc. Is anybody can give me some advice?
