In SAP Business One 2008 version 8.8.2, is it possible to assign user rights to different users? For instance:
One user is creating Purchase Order, he/she should only be allowed to park it not post it. Head of department can post it and later it should be verified and release by another person.
I have talked to SAP Business One Consultants, they said you have only one license, professional license. You have to buy licenses. Is it license issue or i have to create users and assign them user rights?
