Hi Experts,
We would like to user Position Based Substitution. We assigned A210/B210 relationships between two positions, but work item doesn't appear on the inbox for the person who is doing substitution on MSS. We are on EHP7 and using NWBC.
Do we need to run any report/transaction for that?
We are using standard task 21500003.
