The program  HGRLAPD5 downloads many pdf files (depend on the number of pages ) for one payroll.

If i have 3 pages for one payroll , it will download 3 pdf files for the specific payroll number.

My scope is to download one pdf file with many pages for one payroll.

I have copied the program into Z program.

I have changed the program with the above code:

I created a stored procedure in HANA SPS 09.

Then, I granted "execute" authorization for an user to this procedure.

It works nice and I'm able to run this procudure using SQL console.

However, I noticed that after activating (or even regenerating) the procedure, the user's authorization for that procedure just disappears immediately.

My main concern is with the transport system. I don't think it's a good idea to execute any kind of script after transporting stuff just because of authorizations.

Is this a design decision of Hana? Is it possible to activate a procedure without losing any authorizations to it as it happens with other artifacts?

Multiple orders being processed from one contract, holding orders from being processed while other orders associated with the contract are being worked in 'change mode'.

     1. VA41 contract (40009638) created with 100 quantity.

     2. VA01 order (240923) created with reference to 40009638 with 30 quantity.

     3. VA01 order (240924) created with reference to 40009638 with 20 quantity.

     4. VA01 order (240925) created with reference to 40009638 with 10 quantity.

     5. VA42 opened contract in change mode (screen opened)

     6. VA02 opened SO 240923 in change mode (screen opened)

     7. VA02 while opening SO 240924 in change mode getting message no: V1042 sales document 40009638 is currently being processed.

     8. If I try to created one more sales order with same contract reference getting the same error (sales document 40009638 is currently being  

         processed)..

Kindly advise how to go about this.

Hello experts,  We have configured our system to auto pick based on shipping point, loading group, and plant for our shipping conditions.  When we create the delivery, it has all the correct information, shipping point, storage location, plant and batch determination is correct. The problem is that it is not auto picking.  There is no WM involved here.  We have identical configuration for other plants and everything works perfectly.  This plant is set up exactly the same way, but auto-picking is not happening.  If there are many items on the sales order, it's very time consuming.

Please advise what I should look for in configuration that may be causing this issue.

Dear Sir,

My Business requirement is to Put 02 Different sized pallets in 01 bin. For it i have used strategy type "P" but still i am getting an error"Bin section does not fit into this storage bin". Than i got some doubt on my solution. So based on work around i found that i can put same Size Pallets in 01 Bin Type & can put put another type of pallet in another bin type.

But I have not found anywhere than i can put different sized pallets in 01 bin (02 Different sized Pallets in 01 Bin), if is possible let me know how.

Hi,

we are using AWS HANA One and so far this worked out great.

However, with the newest instance performance is for some reason really bad. Loading data into HANA already took a very long time and now executing queries and procedures takes very long even though data volume is quite low.

30 GB of the 60 GB available are occupied by the data. That should be more then enough remaining RAM for the HANA database to execute the queries in a reasonable time?

Any help is appreciated.

I just moved a DB server to another IP and must change the conection (CNX) that is used by several universes. Is there an easy way to change the secure conection ? What do you recomend if a secured conection is shared in several universes and must change ?  I am using BOBJ 4.1 SP03

One of my clients have his problem:

Most of the TextFields are cut in half. They display correctly on my machine and on the designer but not on that client's machine.

As you can see, Formula Fields are ok.

The client uses a Windows XP and started having this problem a couple of days ago. The only thing that happened out of expected was an error during a Office 2007 install.

PS: the "CSC" and "Código" are formula fields.

I don't know what to do, I can't increase the size of the TextFields because other computers will be afected by that.

I am hoping you could provide some recommendations, on how the below requirement could be managed in the customer service and sales modules.

I still have allot to learn and would be open to suggestions if there is also a better way to execute this requirement.

Requirement;

• 8 different kits that include labour, components w/quantities, based on the equipment type, model and service provided (i.e. oil change)
• Kits to be used on billable time and material service orders (IW31/IW32)
• Components and quantities for each kit will be built using the material BOM's (CS01/CS02)
• A general task list (IA05/IA06) w/group counters will be created. The planned labour for operation 10 will be added
• The components from the material BOM will then be assigned and linked to OP10 in the general task list
• A service order (w/notification) will be created. The assembly linked to the task list will be added (on the header data tab)
• The general task list for the assembly will be assigned to the order. This will pull in the labour and components linked to OP10
• A quote will be created (DP80) to provide to the customer prior to order execution. The detail from the order can be displayed line by line.
• The output quote form that will be provided to the customer must display the labour and parts linked to OP10 as one line item/kit price
• If new operations or components were added (not associated with OP10), then these would need to display and separate lines/costs on the form
• Once the quote is accepted then the processing of the order will be completed as normal.
• All components will be issued to the job, PO's and goods receipt will be done for items not in inventory.
• Time entries will be completed (CAT2) as per normal process. All actual costs will be transferred back to the order
• The invoice will then be provided back to the customer for payment. The kit price will remain the same as it was when the quote was created.
• The output invoice form will also display operation 10 labour with parts linked to OP10 as one line item/kit price.
• New operations/components will display separately on the invoice that is provided to the customer.

So I guess the key thing is that the quote and invoice provided to the customer displays anything related to operation 10 as one item and one price.

We want to upload data to DSO directly using RFC enabled function module or BAPI. Tried FM RSDRI_ODSO_INSERT_RFC but it’s not clear how to give input parameters. It expects paramter I_RFCDATA in XSTRING which is exported to database.  Kindly answer below queries:

1. Is there any possibility to upload data in DSO directly using any RFC enabled FM or BAPI. If yes, please provide detail.
2. Could you please provide detail how parameter ‘I_RFCDATA_UC’ should be used in FM RSDRI_ODSO_INSERT_RFC when calling from ECC.

It would be helpful if SAP would consider unchecking the flag in BI Content, adding warning to

Hello all,

I have a plant that starts from 07:00.

When i convert planned order to production order, i see the Basic start time as 00:00.

Could this be made to show as 07:00.

I have the workcenter already set to start time as 07:00, but does not reflect in the Planned order.
