I need to submit my observations to one of my customer related Product Safety, And this is very high priority, Required your inputs to check if I am on the same page.
A) I had found in my customer SAP Product Safety has been implemented just to show as it implemented with out realizing the functionalities of the module. There are manual intervention and activities had been done. (For example Maintain link of Label and MSDS in the Identifiers and then separately storing them in sharepoint? Is this best approach ?Using DMS is best option? to eliminate 3rd party tools?
